1. The service

NomadCrew is a web application that helps you track personal finances, shared budgets, and group trips. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use NomadCrew.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping, no automated account creation, no attempts to bypass authentication or rate limits, no storage of unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The free tier is offered as-is. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance through our payment processor. Refund and cancellation terms will be published when paid plans launch.

5. Your data

You own the financial data you enter. We process it under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Disclaimer

NomadCrew is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. Numbers shown are based on what you enter; verify any decision against your bank, accountant, or tax authority. The service is provided “as is” without warranty.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
